Booking & Consultation Options

Some customers know exactly what they want. Others just know they have a fleece and need help deciding. Both are welcome.

If you are not sure what you need, start with the enquiry form first and choose “help me decide.” ADHCrafts will review your information and suggest the most suitable next step.

An enquiry is not the same as a confirmed booking

The enquiry form is the first step. It helps ADHCrafts understand what fibre you have, what condition it is in, and what you hope it might become.

A processing booking is only confirmed once the next step, timing, start date or delivery window, and any required payment or deposit have been agreed.

Important notice

Please do not post or drop off fibre until your booking has been confirmed and you have been given an agreed start date or delivery window.

Why quotes are confirmed after assessment

Fleece processing depends on fibre condition, weight, preparation needed and the finished product requested. Dirt, grease, vegetable matter, matting, second cuts and weak fibre can all affect both yield and processing time.

This means guide prices can be shared early, but final quotes may need to be confirmed after enquiry, photos, consultation, sample processing or fibre assessment.
